Liz brings a large store of food knowledge to Euro USA, having studied the history of food as it relates to different cultures as an Anthropology major at the University of Vermont. Growing up in a "foodie" household governed by European traditions gives Liz a strong foundation on which to build her specialty food expertise. Liz oversees our receiving department and quality control for cheeses and specialty groceries.
