hundreds more. From highly perishable fresh cheeses and whole fish, to
75 year old vinegars, we pride ourselves on making these products
available to our customers the next day. We believe that running our

- PROMOTIONS: Euro-USA
publishes a monthly newsletter which lists features of the month,
detailed product information, descriptions of new products and recipe
suggestions. We also maintain a stock of various posters, signs, flyers
and promotional kits to assist you with merchandising your products.
Various product lines offer promotional discounts, your sales
representative can inform you of current promotions.
Euro-Usa conducts a specialty food expo and a holiday pre-book show
displaying a representation of our entire product line. A select group
of suppliers will be in attendance in addition to other specialists to
provide product information and conduct seminars related to our
products and your ventures.
- PRICING: Prices
are forever changing and therefore not printed in this catalog;
however, you may contact us at any time to discuss current pricing.
- OUT OF STOCK:
Products out of stock at time of delivery are not back ordered. Your
sales representative will try to notify you at the time of your order
when items are out of stock and when we expect them back in stock. No
substitutions will be made without your approval. Pre-order items are
available, but not stocked. Your sales representative can provide you
with lead times.
- RETURNS: the
office must authorize all returns. A credit memo will be issued. Please
do not make deductions from the Original invoice. Any discrepencies in
the quality or quantity of product received must be made within 24
hours of delivery.

Accurate, on-time delivery.
All products are delivered on wholesale food delivery professionals on
EuroUSA trucks, so freight charges won’t complicate the pricing
equation, and you’ll be assured your orders arrive on time and in top
shape. We deliver to Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Columbus Monday through
Friday. We deliver to Indianapolis, Louisville, Toledo, Detroit and Ann
Arbor on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Euro-USA’s return policy must
be authorized by a sales contact at the Euro-USA office. A credit memo
will be issued, so please don’t make deductions from the original
invoice. Any discrepancies with the quality or quantity of delivered
product must be received within 24 hours of the delivery. Products may
