All products are delivered by wholesale food delivery professionals on Euro USA trucks, so freight charges won’t complicate the pricing equation, and you’ll be assured your orders arrive on time and in top shape.

Euro USA publishes a monthly newsletter which lists features of the month, detailed product information, descriptions of new products and promotional deals. Various product lines offer promotional discounts, your sales representative can inform you of current promotions.

Euro USA conducts a specialty food expo and a holiday pre-book show displaying a representation of our entire product line. A large group of suppliers will be in attendance in addition to other specialists to provide product information and conduct seminars related to our products and your ventures.

Prices are forever changing and therefore not printed in our catalog; however, you may contact us at any time to discuss current pricing.

Products out of stock at the time of delivery are not back ordered. Your sales representative will try to notify you at the time of your order when items are out of stock and when we expect them back in stock. No substitutions will be made without your approval. Pre-order items are available, but not stocked. Your sales representative can provide you with lead times.

The Euro USA office must authorize all returns. A credit memo will be issued. Please do not make deductions from the original invoice. Any discrepancies in the quality or quantity of product received must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
